Why is the feedback recorded vs done on zoom?
Feedback is given in recorded Loom videos that you can view when your schedule allows. This allow me to help people all over the world in different time zones. It also allows you to pause and design along with the feedback. Plus, No more zoom fatigue.
How long does it take?
Most clients complete all 3 rounds of loom feedback within 4–8 weeks. It all depends on your pace.
What if I get stuck between rounds?
You will have a private email access for questions between feedback rounds.
How do I send you my slides?
Power Point files work great and allow me to leave you helpful tips in the comments sections. You can also send PDFs, a Storyline 360 review link or screenshots.
Do I need to be “good at design”?
Nope! This offer was made especially for beginners or folks still figuring things out. I’ll explain my suggestions clearly and simply—this is about growth.
What if I don’t have a ID course in progress?
You can use a sample/personal project or slides from an older course you’d like to improve.
Can I get feedback on Storyline functionality too?
Creative Sidekick is focused on visual design and layout, not technical development — but I will be flag visual issues that impact usability.
What about refunds?
